LCSW-R Psychotherapist/Counselor

Meet Robin

Since opening the doors of my practice, I have provided patients in the New York area, and Florida with a wide range of teletherapy services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is symptom relief and then to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with challenges.  Let's get you feeling better.

Sessions with Robin

Robin provides her patients with a warm, compassionate therapeutic setting. She focuses on symptom relief and cultivating lasting life changes. She often assigns her patients “homework” to help them pursue change between sessions. Robin has been providing therapy since 2004 and works with patients ages 18-65. Her primary focus has been working with patients facing relationship issues, depression, and anxiety, but she also treats maladaptive coping skills, grief, self-esteem problems, and stress. I addition to my private practice, I have worked with NYC's largest Municipal Employees labor union inside of their EAP where I saw people from all walks of life, and I have been the program director of the Cancer Support Community, Gilda's Club Northern New Jersey

What Clients Say

I leave every session with a tool or a hack to try out during the week—something I can actually use. Whether it is about managing anxiety or depression, Robin makes it clear that practicing these skills is what helps them stick. She always reminds me that the goal is to have the tools ready when life gets overwhelming—and it’s made a big difference.

Client

One of the first things Robin shared was that she, too, sees a therapist. That honesty immediately made me feel like I was not alone. Knowing she understands what it is like from both sides helped me open and trust the process. She really gets it—not just as a professional, but as a person.

Client

Working with Robin changed my life. Her CBT tools helped me stop spiraling into worst-case scenarios, and her DBT approach taught me how to handle emotions I used to think were ‘too much.’ She makes the hard stuff feel manageable—and even throws in the perfect meme or tik took when I need a laugh.

Client

I just wanted to give her a shout-out for always supporting me and using real talk to help me cope with my life. Thank you, Robin

Client

During our first consultation, Robin told me that finding the right fit matters, and if we were not, she would help me find someone who was. I am so grateful we were a good fit. Working with her has helped me tremendously. I genuinely feel supported, seen, and understood in ways I hadn’t before.

Client

I first attended Robin’s webinar on ‘How to Argue with Your Roommate’ back in college, hoping to communicate better with the people I lived with. What I did not expect was how those same skills would help me in my marriage years later. I still check in with Robin for a few sessions now and then—she’s always welcoming, and I leave with new insights and tools every time.
